I came across another example of how art is being sold in vending machines. In a small town in Germany unused cigarette vending machines will be filled with art created by local emerging artists. The art from these machines, which will be located in public places could possibly encourage people who are not gallery or museum goers to become acquainted with art and hopefully purchase some work. It is a wonderful idea. Perhaps I need to find one of these machines…
